BD-C5500 no playback of avi/mkv possible anymore

Hi there,

first of all I love serviio and i'm very thankful for all the work that has been put into it :)

Most of the times it works fine for me but now I can't seem to stream video files anymore on my Samsung Blu-Ray Player BD-C5500. The connection itself works (as does audio-playback of mp3s), I can navigate to the files in question but upon pressing play i get a few seconds of loading and the error "file not supported".

A few days ago everything worked like a charm and I can't figure out what I did to change that :D
What I tried so far:

- reinstalled serviio
- updated ffmpeg
- checked if the files are playable from an external hard drive (yes)
- did NOT edit the profile according to the wiki as this is only regarding problems with folder display?

here are the serviio.logs (hope I got the relevant parts)

Re: BD-C5500 no playback of avi/mkv possible anymore

has anything changed on your network? new firmware for the player? Some devices might be sensitive on the data stream quality, so especially if you're on wifi it might cause a problem.

Re: BD-C5500 no playback of avi/mkv possible anymore

Thanks for your reply.

I did a firmware update AFTER the problem occured, because i didn't know what else I could do (besides reinstalling Windows althogether). Didn't help though.
Both devices are connected to a 100mbit switch, so that shouldn't be a problem.
