Problem to read multiple genre in Nfo-Files
since few days i use servioo with my samsung tv an has following problems if i use the genre feature:
Earlier i used the online-movie-search-feature, what with this i got many videofiles with same genre name like "horror" or other. i think thats a bug. Maybe an otion is usefull, to use the imdb-number from nfo-file, to get better results
So i decided to use the nfo-read-feature. Works well, what i got a strange phenomen:
The nfo is automaticly created by Ember (use it since years) and the genres looks so in file:
<genre>Sci-Fi / Thriller / Horror</genre>
instead - that seems the problem
<genre>Sci-Fi</genre>
<genre>Thriller/genre>
<genre>Horror</genre>
So it would be nice, when multiple genres would be seperated - or maybe there is a script to rewrite the nfo-file. I didnt found an automatically solution for this.
I got problems to browse with my tv these ttructure (becaus not why i see more then hundreds genres in all combination) because when i browse these folder on my tv, its crash when i go out one of these folder!
Conclusion:
1. Problem Onlinescraping: some film has same name like horror - i think that came from genre, scraping etc
2. Reading Nfo:
a) display seperated genres from lines like this <genre>Sci-Fi / Thriller / Horror</genre> on tv
b) crash on my TV when go in genres like this Sci-Fi / Thriller / Horror
