Can't figur out how to use plugins

My first post is a cry for help .

I have downloaded the zip file with all plugins, extracted them into the right folder
but what now ? I have serached up and down, found some bits and peaces, but still
can't figure out how I can get the online content down to my TV.

On the TV I see the 'online folder' and one RSS-feed I have set up
http://feeds.bbci.co.uk/news/rss.xml, but nothing happens when I select this one.

What exactly do I hve to enter when I want to access the ARD-Mediathek where a plugin
exists for this ? Anything form the associated groovy scirpt ?

Music and Pictures from my PC work fine , but this plugin univers is a total mystery to me
Please advice.

My Setup: Windows 7 Ultimate; Panasonic Viera Plasm ; T&A MusicPlayer

Forget the zip file and look at available plugins and follow the instructions for the one you want to use.
