TroubleShoot Guide ......for Newbee ? ?

So, I am newbee for Serviio. And for UBUNTU too ! I only learned today how to stream video /audio from my laptop. Next step is Video / Audio Stream.

Kindly be patient with my questions:

1. I did download all the possible groovy files and saved it under plug-in folder.
2. I did put at least 2 different RSS Link (One from Google and another CNN) in my console (Library/Online Resources)
3. My TV (SONY KDL-NX11) do show the Feed Name, but nothing under it.

What I am doing wrong ? How do I troubleshoot this ? or What else needs to be done ?

Did you install ffmpeg, libvpx, rtmpdump, x264?
It looks like you have no codec installed.

Figure it out. I think it was not installed correctly or perhaps I didn't know what was missing. Did some google and came up with this posting.

Follow the solution down to the comma and semicolon. It will work.
