Better scheduling for online sources refresh

Currently Serviio's scheduling options for online sources refresh is every n hours, which is very limited.

I would like to request to add more enhanced refresh schedule something which could allow us to add a refresh schedule like 3:00am every monday, wednesday, and friday.

There are 2 ways feeds refresh -

RSS feeds use the hour value - I think it's enough and is there to just check the feed has no new/removed items in it. If there is no change it does nothing.

Plugins can override this setting for a particular feed, if the content is only available for a given period of time.

It's better to refresh more often than not, as the online feeds tend to be quite volatile.
