Adjusting sound sync

HD recordings from UK HD satellite (AC3 sound) and terrestrial (AAC sound ) recorded using NPVR and edited with Videoredo and streamed to my Sony 2011 Bravia tv and/or Samsung Eseries blu-ray player are slightly out of sync.
The files play in sync using VLC.

Is there any way of adjusting the sync in serviio ??

I have saved the files as MKV HD and they appear to play back in sync so the problem is something associated with MP4 HD files.
