[SOLVED] Serviio Browser Authentication Glitch

OK Will I have sent an 'e' mail asking for a new 'active' link and will be careful to keep a copy in future.

I have cross referenced the 'e' mail to this forum thread

Here is the bad news

I have uninstalled-reinstalled.

Uploaded my licence

Progrm is running normally.....except

Media Browser will not allow me to enter password

Dialogue box goes blank and Media Browser does not launch

Error message says.....problem with authentication

I have tried in I/E (Version 7) Firefox Opera and Safari

Running Windows Xp Sp3

What now ?

Looks like your Java is missing some security parts ... http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2856 ... -available

Try to download this Java extension: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/ ... 32124.html

And install it in your Java according to the README file inside the archive

The biggest compliment I can pay you both is I have learned from the whole experience and am genuinely glad I upgraded to the 'Pro' version.

I intend to reset my logger priority value to "INFO" (thanks to you I do that kind of thing now)
