problem reading files when transcodin

I've noticed with my installation of serviio that i often have problems reading files if serviio is transcoding them and i scroll through a list too quickly. when the files are transcoded, if i quickly scroll through a list to get to a movie, there's a good change it will give an error message that the file can not be read, but if i slowly scroll through the list, i.e. pause for 1 second on each file before moving on to the next, then the file will play ok when i get to it. Most of my files can play without transcoding and if I change the profile so that they are not transcoded, then i can scroll as quickly as i want through the files and they seem to play without any issues.

i was just curious if there is a known reason for this, or a simple way to fix it, or if it's just a problem on my installation, etc.
