loss of contact from player to computer

I have been using serviio fine for months al;l of a sudden I can't see it anymore?
I have 2 DVD players 1 OPPO 1 SONY I play flac files all worked fine for months on both. I can get to the interrnet and play from pandora so I know the player is in the router etc. But I dont see serviio under my network anymore on either player.

Did you bind Serviio to an IP address before? If yes, has the IP address changed? Did you install a new antivirus/firewall?
