Is there any way to run multiple serviio on the same ubuntu

I want to run separate serviio processes for video types. One is for the kids, the other for the parents. That way I can lock-down what their machine can access. Is that possible and if so how?

You can't. But you can set up access groups to manage limited access (in the Pro version).
