[SOLVED] Tweak something on Windows 7 or use windows XP?

Hi all,
I am currently using Serviio on WIndows 7 PC (32-bits, Intel P4, 2.99GHz and 1GB RAM) and have installed the All plugins pack. I use several online sources (>40) most of which are video sources.
The CPU usage is close to 100% with loud sound from the fan (understandably), but sometimes it is very quiet. I am trying determine what is causing this:
Is it Too many sources? I saw errors in the log and removed possible suspects but still the same. I sometimes saw CPU usage dropping by disabling Avast AV, but it came back up after a while.

The quality of video stream itself is not affected too much, but some channels are unbearable to watch when CPU usage ramps up excessively.
Any Suggestions??

As a second option, I am considering reinstalling everything on Windows XP (hoping that it will consume less resources) and migrate all serviio settings.

If i do migrate, how do I keep all my online sources intact after uninstall and reinstall without having to manually install each of them?

Thanks for any help.

Is anybody else having problems with myiplayer sources? I was using these two until now:
US Channels: http://www.myiplayer.com/uschannels.php
Sports: http://www.myiplayer.com/sportschannels.php

But after removing those and restarting serviio, CPU usage dropped from >90% to <10% when serviio is not in use. When Serviio is in use its about 30%.

So problem solved. :)
