No audio

I have a Sony KDL46NX720... I have some mp4 videos that I am trying to watch. Some work just fine... others have no audio. If I use the 2009 profile I have audio but the picture is small. If I use any of the other profiles for Sony the picture is fine but there is no audio. How can I correct this?
