Samsung blu ray d series no serviio

Ok guys, major help needed. My series d Samsung blu ray won't connect to serviio. I have serviio running perfect on another separate samsung tv and playstation and Xbox but cannot connect to blu ray. Any help?

what kind of connection (wired / wireless) is between serviio and blu ray and other devices? can you ping or telnet from serviio machine to blu ray?

Wireless connection and not sure how to ping is that using cmd?
