Adding NAS files to Serviio Library

Hi

Have installed Serviio on my Windows PC. Am able to add files stored on external hard drives connected to my PC ia USB to my Serviio library. However unable to add files stored on my QNAP NAS TS 212 Turbo. Tried changing Serviio log on properties using windows services.msc from Local System Account to Network Service. To do this, entered NT Authority/Network Service in This Account and entered a completely new password (nothing to do with my windows login). Log On As was successfully changed from Local System Account to Network Service. Then added the path drive (\\Server\\Multimedia). My Samsung TV and my PS3 now see Serviio and also the folder Multimedia but show no contents. Have not changed or added any settings on my NAS. Tried reading many forums but still have no clear answer. Help will be greatly appreciated

Did some more reading and tried following the steps mentioned in the below post step by step but with no result

i.e., changed log on for Serviio using windows services to my log on name for windows. Kept password blank.
Showed error. Corrected error by folloing steps mentioned by zip in post above. Error corrected.
Added path in Serviio library (\\Server\XYZ)
TV shows folder but says no music traks available.

Request help please
