Adding manually Information to the database of the movies

My series will recognize now fine. I set all names to English and with FileBot I rename all files.
But I want to add Genres to some folders, because in Serviio it shows me "unknown".

Can I add after scanning the directory a file in the folder with some Metatags and Serviio combine this?
Or does I have all Mettags manually?

This cannot be done, it gets organised by the data provided by ThetvDB for Series and TheMovieDB for Movies
