v1.2 - does not display .MKV embedded subtitles on C-series

Got response from one of the devs. Not much we can do about it. You can notice the command takes less time when run for the second time, due to system caches. It depends mostly on IO throughput, so large files and slow disks will take a long time.

For now I've added a warning to the subtitles page on the website and we have to live with it.

Might redo it in future, but don't really see a way atm, unless I extract all the subs beforehand - which would further prolong library indexing and put more strain on the CPU.

Probably the best workaround for long/large movie, is to manually extract the embedded subtitle, to an external srt/ass file.

I managed to see the subtitle from an episode of 42 minutes 720p mkv by mistake, I loaded up the movie did not saw anything, closed it and loadid it again, the second time I could see it!!!
