Network Settings: Bound IP Settings UN46D6000

I'm having issues with network settings, after every restart of my pc, i have to manually open serviio console to select the ip address of my pc that is running serviio. My ip address never changes, i'm running my pc through net gear wireless adapter, the ip is always the same. Is there a way that serviio automatically selects the correct ip? Under "services" i have tried changing settings for serviio, to delayed start, doesn't work either.

I have tried the "Automatically Detected" option but it doesn't work.
