MOV Files on a Samsung UNES6100

Good afternoon/night.
I'm fairly new to this software and to all the transcoding stuff.
I installed Serviio and was really easy to set up and I can play most stuff on my TV.
Except, MOV files.
Most of these were taken with an Olympus Camera.
I was wondering then if there is any way to play these on my tv?
Perhaps there is a newer/optimum profile for this TV Series? Currently using Samsumg TV player C/D/E Series.

It seems there is a problem in the latest FFmpeg with transcoding mjpeg video codec. You can try to get the latest FFmpeg from Zeranoe, hopefully at some point it'll be fixed.
