Audio Lag MKV file

I am trying to watch a MKV file using latest serviio 1.2.1 through my xbox360, for some reason it seems to have audio lag. picture quality is fine. When playing the same mkv file though VLC it works absolutely fine.
Any suggestions or tweaks I can do? thank you

I have seen this with higher bitrate MKV's.. I suspect it's due to the serviio PC not being able to keep up with the transcode. I have a quad core server with tons of ram and it still can't keep up.

Suggestion.. maybe try converting it into a format that doesn't require transcoding. like mp4.

Thee wmv encoder in FFmpeg is single threaded, so even the latest CPUs will have problems transcoding high res MKVs on Xbox in real time.
