Are you using remote console? If yes, post the log from the nas (or wherever your Serviio server runs).

Is it your TV not being able to see Serviio ?

i dont know how to copy the log of serviio from the NAS, i can take a print screen, but dont let me copy or safe in my desktop.

MrUlmo: i cant disable upnp casue i think the Ps3, Ps vita and the Nas use it to sahre files and the online games need this service.

Did you try the URL above? It looks like there is some firewall (?) on the NAs that restricts to connect to the Serviio API ports.

the main problen its that i can find serviio on the tv, i can find my NAS but not the serviio, im using ps3 media server but its unestable and the quality its poor, if u see the photo in the first post u can see the NAS on the console like unrecognize device, so there its my main problem i cant use the program on my tv, thks for u help so far.

From reading this I assume you are using the TV as a upnp controller. I had problems with other controllers seeing serviio on some winxp machines. It was resolved by adding a dependency to the serviio service like the one for the upnphost service (SSDPSRV HTTP).

Some checks before zip gets back to you:

• Has Serviio ever successfully worked for you - if so, what changed?
• Confirm that you can ping (or otherwise ensure that the network is up) for your TV. Check any other online services on your TV work.
• Check that IPv4 UPNP is enabled in your router. Most routers also show a list of open ports - check for any coming from your NAS. Enable "Automatically configure your router" on the Remote tab in serviio console - you should see port 23424 open in your UPNP list (this is purely to confirm UPNP is working as it should between your NAS and router).
• If there is an option, check that IPv4 Muticasting is enabled on your router
• If there is an option, disable IPv6 Muticasting on your router as it can sometimes cause issues - if this doesn't work, remember to re-enable it.

Lots of things, usually something wrong with the file more than a Serviio issue.

You will need to post MediaInfo details (see viewtopic.php?f=5&t=4510) for the file and specific details about what's happening (eg. it plays for xx seconds and then freezes, plays fine and then after pause audio lags etc). Also, if your device has a USB input try playing the file from that - if it does play from there without displaying the same symptoms, temporarily turn of transcoding in Serviio console and see if it plays fine then. Let us know the outcome.

It is most likely due to the high bit rate of this video. Most TV's can only handle up to about 20Mbps.

You will need to have Serviio transcode the file, and limit the bitrate. To do this try editing your profiles.xml file and changing:

to
<Matches container="*" vCodec="h264" profile="high" />

in the Sony Bravia TV (2012) profile (I assume you are using the Sony Bravia TV (2011) profile, which inherits the 2012 profile). This will transcode all High profile files.

hi, thks for the help and yes my tv its the sony bravia KDL46HX820 model 2011 and the servio use the profile for this model, m going to do what u said and see how this Works, but first i need to fix the console panel of serviio that dont appear i guess its because the update.

other thing can u please explain me how to make work the online source i add some tv streaming but no idea how i did that lol.
