Particular folder missing on 1 device, but not another!

Hello there,
I've set up the presentation of 'Folders' to 'Display content only'. When I do this the shared video folders I have sit alongside 'Moves', 'Series' etc.
When I navigate via my Panasonic Viera TV, the folder tree is visible and correct.
However, on my Marantz UD5007 Blu-Ray player, all is visible except one folder named 'Kids Movies'. Interestingly, the folder tree contains 2 'Online' folder on this device also.
The videos actually contained in this folder are playable via their library meta data in 'Movies', 'Genre' etc.
If I don't have 'Folders' set to 'Display Content only' then they are displayed correctly on both devices?
Any ideas?

I am thinking one of the "two online folders" may be your missing folder. Do both the online folders have online content on this device?

Can you describe the folder structure a bit more (try to 'draw' it here as a hierarchy). And then also post an image of your presentation settings.
Then post exactly what you see on the Marantz as you browse step by step. Ideally also provide detailed log of this browsing.
