Hi I searched everywhere

Seems like a unique problem.

I have a BDP-BX58 and I am trying to stream Dailymotion using the plugin.

Apparently the stock profiles in Serviio doesn't account for these videos. The plugin works and I can clearly see the RSS stream.

At issue is that any of the Sony BDP profiles seems not to like M2TS containers at all especially with the video streams.

Here is the error I get from serviio.log when trying to stream Dailymotion videos:

  Code:
2013-05-09 23:58:32,193 WARN  [ProcessExecutor] Process ffmpeg has a return code of 1! This is a possible error. Detailed output follows.
libavdevice   52. 2. 0 / 52. 2. 0
libavfilter    1.19. 0 /  1.19. 0
libswscale     0.11. 0 /  0.11. 0
libpostproc   51. 2. 0 / 51. 2. 0
Expected number for threads but found: auto

Is there a way I can alter the profiles.xml to accomodate this activity?

Thanks for having me in the community, Serviio is UBER Awesome!! :)

Re: Hi I searched everywhere

Are you on linux? If so, which version of ffmpeg?

Eitherway, can you try setting the number of cpu cores from Optimal to the highest number under the transcoding tab?

FFmpeg version SVN-r26402, Copyright (c) 2000-2011 the FFmpeg developers
built on Nov 6 2012 06:35:55 with gcc 4.1.2 20080704 (Red Hat 4.1.2-52) I am running CentOS 5.8 (which is RHEL 5.8)

Ok I will try that

*Update* It is already set to Optimal.

It's not a compatible ffmpeg version, you have to update it.
