Stream the world

I'm looking for a solution to using this site:

Is this really not a stream address?
I get a X when I check stream URL in Serviio console.
I tried playing in VLC but no joy. I looked for a log in VLC but I don't know where it would be.
Used this: (http://wiki.serviio.org/doku.php?id=add_live_feeds) to study the problem.
