Re: FFMPEG in Linux
hey guys-
been a very long time since i've logged in here. alas, i've been having some trouble with compiling ffmpeg on my linux machine (i will post elsewhere ) and i was wondering if the serviio ppa for launchpad was still in the works?
personally, i would be delighted to have access to a serviio ppa. i know many linux users feel there are security risks to using ppas in general but my experience with ppas for a number of my most used applications has been nothing but positive whether its firefox updates, handbrake or photography software that i use.
i could be wrong in saying this but i think you would find an even greater audience with a streamlined serviio ppa.
warm regards,
mm
