Very flaky link. Sometimes ffmpeg works and sometimes it hangs on stream errors. Always hangs on ffplay.

Change rtsp :/ / 72.13.93.186/campcartoon for mms :/ / 72.13.93.186/campcartoon and work good.

But mms://classictoonsnetwork.tubtub.com/ don't work?
