Streaming audio-in over Serviio

Is it possible to stream the audio coming into a computer's soundcard from a microphone over Serviio?

eg:

  Code:

microphone-->soundcard-->???-->serviio-->client

If so, how?

Capture the audio using VLC, and re-broadcast it using VLC, you can then add the VLC stream as a live stream under the online sources section.
