subtitles doesnt work from nas

Hello i have serviio 1.2.1 installed on nsa325, but subtitles dont work.

Do you properly install ffmpeg with all packages (libass)?

edit: okay i have installed also libass, but still doesn't work.

edit2 ok it works fine now :)

I have the exact same problem with my NSA-310. Could you tell me your solution?
