Problem with putting subtitles! help please

Hello,
i have PS3(Sony playstaion 3) and recently i started using serviio to stream movies and series to the PS3 ,with out subtitles so far.
yesterday i tried to put subtitles , at the options i put on :
-enable substitles
-enable exctraction
-enable burned in subtitles when required
but when i played the video on my screen through the ps3 , the video did even work ! there was kind of a problem , it didnt even start playing.
the subtitles work on my pc i can a sure that.
How do i put subtitles and make the video working !?!

I think you need to let people know what part you don't understand. Click on the words "detailed logging" and follow the instructions there - this will involve:
  • editing the log4j.xml file in your serviio\config folder as detailed in that post.
  • Restarting your PC to enable detailed logging
  • Play/attempt to a few of your files with subtitles from your TV
  • Post a copy of the serviio.log file located in your serviio\log folder back into this topic.
  • Once finished re-edit the log4j.xml file to set it back to "INFO" and then restart your PC. This will turn detailed logging off.
