BDP-s70x Serviio stopping /disappearing

I have just installed serviio, and can now see my NAS files which are loading in the library fine. Yesterday Serviio was showing up ok on my blu ray player. Today it started and i could get a film list, but them after the list had downloaded it appeared Serviio went offline and its not possible to restart, sits their and says the service needs to be restarted 9on the blu ray) whereas on my Laptop it says its running fine. Any ideas how i can fix this - i have done a factory reset for the network setting on the blueray and I am running a static IP across all devices on my network (I cant load Serviio onto my NAS as my router doesnt support it.

Frustratingly its also doing a similar thing with windows media server, you can click on it when its 'live' icon but then it goes offline as well (server cannot be found). I still appear to have internet access in both case.

Updating the server lost doesnt find serviio then, and occasiaonally find windows server.
