Can't get 3D subtitles to show up on Panasonic TV

So I got the new Star Trek Into The Darkness Blu-ray movie, ripped with the subtitles converted into .sup files separate from the MKV file, but for some reason Serviio doesn't tell the Media Server in my Panasonic 50VT65 plasma that I'd like to have subtitles with the movie.
What can I do for the Media Server or Serviio to notice the available .sup files?

Oh wow. Not even a beta version of Serviio that I could use?

SRT files can't be watched in 3D Side By Side, that's why there are the SUP files.

Serviio sends SRT subtitles to my TV (Samsung ES) and they are ok (3D SBS), no 3D effect but readable.
