im no expert but ill try and help

you could try this

Go to Windows Start button, in the "Search program and files" box, type cmd.exe and press enter.

Copy and paste this command . This will use ffmpeg to create a new (hopefully) fixed file in the same folder. Refresh your library in Serviio and see if it plays.
