Extractor ONLINE_VIDEO_SOURCES failed to connect to metadata

Error in log says "Extractor ONLINE_VIDEO_SOURCES failed to connect to metadata source for file ....". and specifies thetvdb.org as the failed metadat source, for all media files on server.

thetvdb.org IS available, at least the start web page.


Is there anything I should do, or is this a transient error at the website??

Keeps happening.

Error message includes the following ( example is for the show "Jericho/Season 2/S02E04"):

Wrong Jericho! There are so many Jericho series.
