Pan-device issue with streaming M3U and FFMPEG.

Symptoms: with both my Sony Blu-Ray (below) and Samsung UN46C7000WFXZA, the device freezes and needs to be shut down in the hold-down-the-power-button-until-shit-dies fashion.

Oh, also, none (and I mean NONE) of the plugins that I have tried are functional. I've attempted to troubleshoot them via the forum, but either the content of the forum or the search functionality are abysmal, nothing has helped.

Your FFmpeg looks quite old, upgrade.

I don't remember if you can just use m3u file as a live stream - you might have to use the Playlist plugin.

Sorry to keep you hanging, I have since upgraded my server and OS (ffmpeg too, I'm sure), I'll try to test again soon and will let you know the outcome.
