humax hd pvr playing video with ac3 audio

I have a lot of divx (avi) movie which are coded with ac3 audio but if i play them on my humax i don't hear sound, the files with mp3 audio do play.
Can i make serviio transcode the audio to mp3 so i have sound? and if yes how can i do this?

Thanx
Wolter

Re: humax hd pvr playing video with ac3 audio

You could add a profile like this and try that:

  Code:
<Profile id="humax" name="Humax HD PVR" extendsProfileId="1">
  <Transcoding>
    <Video targetContainer="mpegts" targetACodec="mp3">
      <Matches container="avi" aCodec="ac3" />
    </Video>
  </Transcoding>
</Profile>

Have you opened the serviio console and confirmed your client has that profile applied to it?
