generic profile NeoTV Max 4gb size limit

What in the generic profile should I change so my Netgear NeoTV Max can see movies larger than 4gb ? If I place a movie on my usb drive attached to my router that uses minidlna the movies show up.

When I get home later I can pull up some info from the device if needed.

You shouldn't change the Generic Profile - create a new profile that extends the Generic profile.

Are you sure its due to file size? Post MediaInfo details for the file (see viewtopic.php?f=5&t=4510). Also, if you can, find a file with similar media characteristics (same container, video and audio format, same Video Format profile) but under 4GB and see if that plays. Look at the bit rates between files - could be that as well.
