No license email

I have received no license email and no response to any of my inquires to your posted contact email.

I was very happy with your product trial version and decide to buy the Pro version.

Due to your lack of response though I am starting to reconsider my purchase

Serviio's developer is currently on holiday with out constant Internet access, hence the limited support, but I'm sure that he will reply soon.

So your telling me in the mean time I am paying for a product I am supposed to get within an hour of purchase but instead I have to wait for developer to get back from vacation as well as no response from sales team email contact. That's just boococky!

The developer is the sales team. Have you double checked your spam folder? It should have been sent.

I have checked my spam several times. No indication of anything from your company. Your developer contacted through email. He said he would contact me we he returns after three days. I really find this unacceptable.

Sorry for the delay, you should have the email now. The whole process is obviously automated, so that it works when I'm away, but the email can be sometimes lost, possibly due to your email provider blocking it.
