Samsung D series not playing movies with burned subtitle

Hello,
I have two TV. One Samsung F8000 series (with profile Samsung / TV player (E/F series)) and everything is okay. Second TV is D5000 series and with profile Samsung / TV player (C/D series) and TV not play movies, i receive only message "Unsupported video codec". When I select other profile etc. Sony BDP-Sx70/SMP-N100 (2010) movie with burned subtitles play fine. I try change profile.xml file, but nothing work.

And second thing that bothers me is that i can't rewind movie time.
I turned off the film in half and now I can not go back to where I ended up. I have to watch a movie from the beginning
Is there any solution ?

Now i have new problem. I watch on the movie and sudden the movie stops playing. Sometime in the middle of the movie, sometimes sooner, sometimes later. This happens on both TV. If I can not move time in movie it's annoying
