			You can either change the permissions on your NAS folders to allow the Serviio Service access to the folders (how to do depends on the NAS and for this you will need someone that has a QNAP to assist, sorry, I haven't one) or change Serviio to log in using user credentials that your NAS already knows.
To do the latter option, give this a try:  run services.msc and select the Serviio Service.  On the Log on tab, change the "Log on as" to be a user that the NAS already knows (as you can presumably browse your NAS, try  your Windows User Name and your password).  Save and restart.
