How to save Library setting with Serviio Linux version 1.4

The version 1.4 Serviio Linux console "Library" TAB does NOT have
a "Save" button. How can one save any sets entered into that TAB?
If one exists Serviio and the re-starts it, any Library setting
entered previously do NOT appear on re-start.
Lastly, the "Force refresh" button after a setting is entered
is greyed out and never becomes active again.
