Help transcoding FLV Samsung E6750 Player

Basically I need help transcoding a couple of h.264 mp4's with flv codec. I try to transcode the files with Serviio through my Samsung Player but the player just freezes.

This looks like H264 video stream, not Flv?

The format says 'Flash Video'.

It might be a Flash-specific MP4 container, but the video codec is H264.

You'd need to setup transcoding of all mp4 with h264 to capture this one, which might not be what you want in terms of other files. you could try to remux the file.
