Automatically adding Subtitles?

I know Plex and UMS has this, but each of those has issues, i'm using a Samsung C Series TV, on Plex it crashes when it automatically adds subtitles but works fine on the PC the error message is file format not supported on the TV, but works fine without, on UMS it instead encodes/transcodes it so it goes really slow and i can't fast forward or back which is pretty annoying, Now on Serviio i can add subtitles manually, extract them from embedded, however is there a easier way like automatically adding from a metadata like Plex or UMS has without bugging/crashing on a Samsung TV?
