problem playing mkv files


hi

i have a samsung TV E/F series i have been using serviio about 1 year now and i NEVER had a problem playing mkv files.....but yesterday.....all of a sudden......just like that i cant play them anymore i get the 'unsupported file format' error i tried uninstalling/installing again of serviio but no luck tried with samsung allshare same thing i even reset the TV same prob can any1 help me out here plz? this is frustrating

any1? i think there is something wrong with my TV

i reset it but in the network settings it still has the same allshare name i.e. not factory given model number? does any1 know how to WIPE RESET the tv? its bound to b the tv i am sure...........

Did you check that you have the correct profile for the TV in the Serviio console?

i havent changed or altered ANYTHING........i think its the TV like i said after resetting to factory defaults the allshare name still remains the same as before resetting it....

this is really strange

i downloaded tvmobili and it works?!?!!? wtf? yea sure its great but its not free what does tvmobili have that serviio dont? this is really really strange help would b appriciated guys

Probably you're not using the Samsung profile anymore?
