H6400 won't play subtitles with Serviio (don't support file)

Good day!

I have mkv (also with mp4) media and srt subtitles with same name in the same folder. If I try to play this file on my TV then it sais it doesn't support such file.
If I remove subitles from the folder then it play.
If I uncheck in Serviio console (1.4.1.2) Enable burned-in subtitles then it also plays (when srt is in the same folder).

It should be some Serviio settings because I tryed same file with USB flashdisc then subtitles worked. I looked this forum but I couldn't find such situation.

You should not need burned in subtitles with Samsungs. Just make sure you're using the right profile.

Could you help me with profiles? I haven't used any. I just download the Serviio and used it. Also I used same program with another Samsung Smart TV, everything worked.

And still I can't watch video with subtitles when addad to same folder with same name.
In console if ei uncheck the enable burned in subtitles, then I can see the video but no subitled. If I check it then there is error (don't support this file).

Any more help?
