Serviio won't start on Mac Mini running 10.9.4

The dock icon bounces for several minutes, and then stops, but no light beneath it turns on, and right clicking on it says the application has stopped responding, with force quit being the only option.

What could be the problem?

It's probably running, you can check the server's status in Serviio Console.

I have the same problem. I have a Macbook Pro which is running Mac OS 10.9.4. Serviio was running fine a few days ago on Mountain Lion (I have been using it for a few months now) but it stopped working after upgrading to Mavericks. The icon bounces constantly and doesn't do anything. Before it would bounce up and down once or twice and then disappear entirely. The console also says that the server isn't running.

I'm working on a different model for OSX for 1.5, so hopefully all these problems will go away.
