Media Server - Remote Connection Issue

I am a pro user having problems using media browser remotely. My ports are verified forwarded, server IP router pinged, I have absolutely no firewalls and I am using a dynamic IP. I can connect via ServiiGo on my Android RazrM. I can also connect locally on the computer running the Serviio Server. The media browser page will not load from any other form of internet using the format http://<pc5dczc_pc_ip_address>:23424/mediabrowser. I have tried various browsers as well. I'm not sure where to go from here or if it is simply something I do not understand. Any help would be greatly appreciated

i know its waaayyyy down the line now, but I came accross this post when i set up my serviio tonight. SAME ISSUE!

firewall off, av disabled, port forwarded, i can telnet into port 23424 with my ip, but browser says blocked.

anyone get a solution by any chance? or can someone maybe advise how to troubleshoot?
