Serviio installed on Win 7, but won't run

The service started, and I can see the media service on my Sony Bravia. But trying to start the console fails.

Error messages?

You have installed Java haven't you?

Java 6 is installed according to the control panel.

No error messages. I double click on the desktop icon for Serviio Console, then I get the system question about letting the program make changes, click ok, then nothing happens.

Strange, never had an issue. Java 7 plugin installed and serviio installed and I've never had an issue.

Have you tried checking the Event Logs to see if there's any errors being generated in there when you try to run it?

Did you install over the top of an earlier version of Serviio. If so, check that the version of Serviio and Serviio Console is the same (or check the file dates in C:\program Files\Servio\bin - they should be the same).

Otherwise post detailed log files and let see if it sheds any light. ps I cant recall ever getting a message about letting the console program make changes?? Maybe re-install?
