Limited Access option

Hi, I have got the pro version of serviio 1.4.1.2 and I am trying to use the limited access option for some devices.

I have set the devices to be limited access (2 Panasonic bluray players and an xbox 360) and also selected some shared folders to be in the limited access group as well but whenever the devices browse to the serviio server it says that no folders are shared, as soon as I set the devices back to no restriction then they work fine.

Has anyone successfully managed to get the limited access part working? as that's the only reason I paid for the pro version.

I have refreshed the library, clicked on save and also stop and started the serviio service after making changes but it doesn't seem to be working, it just doesn't show any folders when selecting limited access :(

Can you post images showing your console settings, incl. the selected folders and devices groups

Hi, I have taken screen grabs showing the shared folders on the libraries tab and also the console setting under the status tab

on the console or bluray players there are no settings you just pic serviio from the list etc

Are the IP addresses correct?

Could you restart the PC, enable detailed logging and browse on the Xbox?

Hi, the ip address are correct yes, if I take off limited access then they can see everything fine.

I have enabled detailed logging and I have restarted the pc and tried again and still shows nothing when its set to limited access :(

Hi...... bizarrely it has just started working now as well..... I changed the settings a few times off and on for both the folders and also the console itself and its working :)
