Questions about metadata extraction

I'm sorry if this has been asked before, I couldn't find the answer via a search of the boards.

I have a few questions about metadata extraction: The FAQ says:

Serviio supports priority-based configuration of metadata extractors. The idea is that all (enabled) extractors will run for each media file and try to get as much metadata as possible. Metadata found by an extractor with higher priority overwrite metadata found by an extractor with lower priority.

1. I can't seem to find a way to enable more than one extractor. In the console (v1.4.1.2), on the Metadata tab and under Descriptive Metadata, the text says:

Serviio includes various ways to retrieve descriptive metadata of your video files. Please pick one or select 'No descriptive metadata' from the drop-down box.

This seems to contradict the FAQ. Which is correct? If it's the FAQ, how do I enable more than one extractor? Right now, I have Online metadata sources selected, and it does not pick up my local files.

2. Assuming that Serviio can run through the metadata extraction priority list, is there a way to change the priority? I would prefer that my local metadata in a .nfo or .xml be used over the online sources.

Many thanks. Hopefully this functionality is implemented soon. It would certainly help me out with things like recorded football games.
