Change MKV default audio language

Hi all,
I've some MKVs that contains ENG and ITA audio language. Serviio, by default, reproduce ENG language but in some cases I can't switch to ITA. The controls on my TV are blocked.

How can I change the default audio language? I want to set ITA by default.

This has been requested but not a feature as yet. Serviio plays the first audio track. You can get free tools that easily remove or change the audio track.

If the video isn't transcoded but natively playback might allow your tv to select audio but depends on your playback device.
