Serviio not running on Xubuntu 14.10

I set both files in /bin/, and I tried to start up the server, like this:

./serviio.sh

but then I get this:

and nothing happens. Am I doing anything wrong?

That is just a warning and should not stip the server from strating up. Do you have anything in log/serviio.log?
